a little about me

My name is Marianne! I grew up here in Nevada County with my very large, wonky, close-knit, and entrepreneurial family. From a young age I showed a knack for the visual arts. It led to me becoming a driven and creative entrepreneur in many design-based industries. I have experience in fashion, floral, wedding and house/home design as well as cosmetology, theatre, and painting. Now that I have settled down with a little family of my own, I have found the perfect career that allows me to utilize all of these skills, as well as my creative passion, to help create magical and memorable moments for people. It has also allowed me the opportunity to build connections amongst fellow creative small business owners in my community and the surrounding areas. We are lucky to have a lot of amazing event planners in our area, and I hope to carve out my own quirky niche amongst them. I’ve always been told I march to the beat of my own drum and because of that I am constantly thinking outside the box, which comes in handy when it comes to creating extraordinary and unique events and memories. I hope to be a part of YOUR magic moment.
